How AREYA collects, uses and protects the information and documents you share with us.
AREYA collects the details you provide in an application or enquiry — such as your name, contact details and the documents relevant to your request.
Information is used to respond to your request, prepare your file and keep you informed about its progress.
Documents shared with AREYA are treated as confidential and handled only by staff working on your request.
Where a service requires it — for example a notary or an examination board — only the information necessary for that step is shared.
Files are retained only as long as your request requires, plus the period any institution or authority obliges us to keep records. After that they are securely deleted.
Documents are stored on access-controlled systems, shared only with the colleague handling your file, and never sold, rented or used for advertising.
